“ The food here is absolutely amazing. I'm not the biggest fan of spicy food, so I'm always a little apprehensive of trying out new Indian restaurants, but this place is fantastic. They have a huge selection of mild and spicy dishes, and the food I had was really creamy with lots of flavour. I often find that many restaurants have dry lamb, but Raj's lamb was so tender and moist, I will definitely be ordering it again! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the owner/manager there was also incredibly friendly (gave me a drink on the house for my birthday!). Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty, flavourful Indian! ”

“ Took my wife and 14 year old daughter for a meal here and was a little apprehensive due a recent post about hygiene but can honestly say this is one of the best Indian meals I've experienced (and we go all over the North of England visiting Indian resturants). Service was so polite and professional. Prices more than reasonable and waiter who took our order very knowledgeable about all the meals contents etc. For starters they provided an extra sauce to try, free of charge (which tasted lovely by the way!). Mains were piping hot with plates also heated to ensure food stayed hot throughout. All 3 mains were absolutely delicious and quantiy was great value for money. For the 3 of us, the bill (which included a larger wine and 2 large bottles of cobra and a fesh orange) only totalled 67, total value for money. Will definitely be coming back and referring our F&F to visit. Great overall. ”

“ What can I say? If you read any of my reviews I love food. This is seriously the best Indian restaurant I have been in. The food was amazing. If I could give a 5 stars this would be it. We are in the area for 4 nights & I'm going back before we head home. Anyone who lives locally I am so jealous. The front of house staff are attentive without being in your face & the cost is very reasonable. As for the chef keep him Thank you so much for great food! ”
